Delete your account and data
This page explains how to request deletion of your GoToMarket
account and associated data. GoToMarket is the mobile app published by
Victor Arfi on Google Play and the App Store.
How to request deletion

Email privacy@gotomarket.build
from the address linked to your account, with the subject
"Delete my GoToMarket account".
- Include your account email and the company or profile name on the account.
- We reply within 5 business days to verify the request and confirm what will be deleted.
- Your account and personal data are permanently deleted within 30 days of confirmation.
Deleting your account does not by itself cancel billing — cancel your subscription
first, or ask us to in the same email.
What is deleted (within 30 days)
- Your account profile and login credentials
- Name, email, phone number and other contact details
- Connected social accounts and access tokens (LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Content you created or approved: drafts, posts, scripts and videos
- Brand inputs, preferences and settings
- Support messages and conversation history
What is kept, and for how long

Billing and invoice records: kept up to 10 years to meet French
accounting and tax obligations, then deleted.

Records required for legal compliance: kept only as long as the
law requires.

Anonymized, aggregated analytics: data that can no longer be linked
to you may be retained to improve the product.
